Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic and non-invasive massage technique that focuses on improving the function of the lymphatic system. It is soothing and calming and can provide pain relief and stress reduction. It can also decrease swelling as it facilitates movement of lymphatic fluid from the body’s tissues into the lymphatic vessels. It was developed in the 1930’s by Drs. Estrid and Emil Vodder in Europe and since then has been well researched to show benefits to both healthy individuals and people with specific health challenges.

45, 60 and 90 minutes  :  $80*, $95* and $130*

The 45 minute session is perfect for concentrating on one specific area, like the head and neck. The 60 minute session will allow more time for a couple specific areas. The 90 minute session is helpful for targeting a few areas, and although it takes about 2.5 hours to work on the entire body, a 90 minute session is best for getting more of a full body approach with this modality.
