I want your experience at Ritual Self Care to be carefree and enjoyable. I have developed these policies to make your visit as relaxing as possible.
I have a no tipping policy because I want you to know exactly how much your service will cost when you book your treatment. No more confusion and disruption of your relaxation when you are checking out.
Sealed merchandise must remain sealed for store credit within seven days of purchase. Cosmetics and unsealed beauty products are final sale.
I ask that you speak in a quiet voice during your visit so that other guests can enjoy their time at the spa. Please refrain from cell phone use during your visit.
Before your first visit you will fill out a new client intake form. It is important for you to answer all of the questions honestly and thoroughly so that I can provide you with a safe treatment. If you have changes in your health (medications, treatments, surgery, pregnancy, medical conditions) between visits please notify me so that adjustments can be made. I would also like to know if you have preferences that would make you more comfortable during your visit.
I ask that you arrive on time for your service and I do my best to stay on our schedule. If your treatment is delayed because I am late getting to you, you will still receive your full treatment time. If you are late getting to me we will end the treatment at the appointed time so that I can accommodate my other guests.
Ritual Self Care accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Sales tax will be added where applicable.
At RSC I work with many people with health concerns including allergies and environmental sensitivities who may have a reaction to synthetic fragrances. On the day of your visit with me I ask that you refrain from using synthetic fragrances as much as you possibly can so that people with sensitivities are not uncomfortable. We don’t sell or use anything with synthetic fragrance at the spa so if you are looking for alternatives you have come to the right place!
I ask that you give me 48 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you must cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled time or you do not make it for your scheduled time you may be charged for your reserved time. We respect your time and hope you will respect our time as well.
